Configure when Kiki responds to brands without checking with you first.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Quick steps

  1. 1

    Open trust rules

Vault → Trust rules → Add rule.

  2. 2

    Pick a trigger

Sender, subject keywords, or offer amount.

  3. 3

    Pick an action

    Reply, decline, escalate, or route.

  4. 4

    Review in audit log

Inbox → Auto-handled to see Kiki's outgoing replies.

Auto-replies are governed by your trust rules. Without rules, Kiki always drafts and waits for your approval.

Common auto-reply patterns

  • Auto-decline gifting — any email offering product-only compensation gets a polite no.
  • Auto-acknowledge — every new brand pitch gets a 'thanks, reviewing' reply within 5 minutes.
  • Auto-decline below threshold — anything under your minimum rate gets declined with a counter-rate.
  • Auto-route by category — beauty pitches go to one folder, food to another.

Setting it up

Vault → Trust rules → Add rule. Pick a trigger (sender, subject, offer amount) and an action (reply with template, decline, escalate).

Tone

Auto-replies use your Voice profile so they don't sound robotic. Update tone in Vault → Voice.

Audit log

Every auto-reply is logged. Inbox → Auto-handled shows exactly what Kiki sent and to whom.
