Change your account email address

You can change the email address on your Influki account at any time. This is the email you sign in with — it's separate from the business email Kiki uses to talk to brands.

How to change it

1. Go to Account → Profile.
2. Click Change email.
3. Enter the new address and your current password.
4. We'll send a verification link to the new address.
5. Click the link within 24 hours.

Until you verify, sign-in keeps working with the old address.

What about my brand-facing email?

That's your business email connected in Settings → Integrations. Changing your sign-in email does not affect it. To change the address Kiki sends from, disconnect and reconnect with the new account.

I lost access to the old email

Reach out to support@influki.io from the new address with proof of account ownership (last invoice, connected social handle).
