Snoozing and following up on emails

Not every brand email needs a reply today. Snooze keeps your inbox clean while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

How to snooze

Hover any email and click the clock icon. Pick a date — tomorrow morning, next Monday, in 2 weeks — or a custom time.

Auto follow-up

If you snooze a thread you previously replied to, Kiki will check whether the brand responded by your snooze date. If not, she drafts a polite nudge.

Bulk snooze

Select multiple emails and snooze them together — useful right before a vacation.

Out of office

For longer breaks, set an OOO in Settings → Notifications and Kiki will auto-reply to every new pitch with your return date.
